We're looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our growing team at S.I.C. As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing our production processes and tackling complex technical challenges for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Designing and implementing high-performance systems and equipment, collaborating closely with our skilled welders, fitters, and technicians.
- Managing improvement projects from start to finish, from feasibility studies to implementation.
- Providing technical expertise to solve complex problems and achieve performance targets.
- Staying at the forefront of new technologies and industry best practices.
What we're looking for:
- A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the metal construction or maintenance sector.
- Mastery of computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and welding processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who can effectively convey ideas and collaborate with a team.
